RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In accordance with the new EU regulations, we have made the following adjustments to our return and exchange policy for EU countries only:

We accept returns and refunds within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

A handling fee of 50% of the product price will be charged for all returned items.

For items that have not yet been shipped, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
These adjustments apply exclusively to customers within the EU.

15 calendar days after signing for the package is the after-sale service period.After the period,after-sales services will not be accepted.If it is not a quality problem, no return or exchange request will be accepted. Thanks your understanding.
The following are excluded from our warranty coverage:
1. Worn or Used Products: Any product that has been worn, washed, or otherwise cared for is not eligible for warranty claims.
2. Damage from Improper Care: Issues resulting from improper washing, drying, or storage methods.
3. Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual wear, fading, or stretching due to regular use over time.
4. Altered Products: Any product that has been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note: After use or cleaning, it is not covered by after-sales guarantee.
Refunds
If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. If the order is cancelled successfully, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
